The shipping fees are as follows.

Geniki Τaxydromiki Courier: 4,5 € / Free shipping for orders above 120 €
European Union and International destinations
Hellenic Post (ELTA): 11,00 € / Free shipping for orders above 150 €
Payment
You can select one from the available payment methods:
- PayPal, the international, secure system.
- Direct bank transfer to Revolut IBAN: LT663250094446901263
- Cash on delivery (please note that there is 0,5 € extra charge).
Returns
The returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. These are the specific steps you have to follow:
- Pack the product in order to be protected during shipment.
- Place inside the package a document that you describe how you want to resolve the economic issue, provided that the product is considered ok for return.

Important notice
- Please note that the return costs borne by the customer.
- The responsibility for the safe return of the product belongs exclusively to the customer.
- Accepted are products in excellent condition.
- Marilena’s Handmade Jewellery bound to either replace your product back, to another of your choice, or in the absence of available stock, with another of equivalent value. If none of the above exists, we will proceed to a full refund.
- We would like to point out that in the event that the product does not meet the above requirements, it will be returned to the sender with the same charge.
